A Dubai based company commissioned me to lead the design of Altiva, a platform that helps athletes book certified coaches and premium training venues with ease. My goal was to create a trustworthy, user-centric, and conversion-driven experience that could scale globally while launching strategically in the MENA region.
Athletes were using 3+ apps to complete one booking, a clear fragmentation opportunity identified across all markets. The $45B personal training market was growing at 21% annually with no dominance. The goal was to build a digital ecosystem that simplifies athletic training by offering reliable bookings, real-time availability, and secure payments across international markets.
